Shipping Policies & Options

It is always our goal to ship the in-stock items of your order within 24 hours. If anything is back-ordered, we will notify you via email immediately. Back-orders will ship separately, at no extra charge, either from our warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. (Please note that we are unable to ship to any address without a working phone number). Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground to all street addresses in the continental U.S. We ship Monday – Friday and follow the UPS & FedEx holiday schedule.

U.S. Mail

Required for all P.O. Boxes and may also be used for addresses in Alaska & Hawaii. Please note that we are unable to track USPS parcels once they have left our building, and USPS does not offer “insurance” for any packages. Therefore, we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via this method. For these reasons, we highly recommend UPS or FedEx Ground or air shipping methods for all qualifying domestic addresses.

UPS & FedEx

Both of these carriers offer $100 worth of insurance coverage, at no extra charge, for any damages done during transit. Au Boudoir insures that your package will be properly bundled with the appropriate amount of packaging materials (i.e. peanuts, tissue paper, etc.) so no harm will be done to your items during their shipping journey. Please refer to chart below for estimated shipping fees with UPS service.

Please note: there is an additional handling fee on irregular shaped boxes, such as the X-Poles. You will always be alerted to the additional fee on the specific product page, as well as during the checkout process. If technical difficulties prevent us from calculating applicable UPS rates, we will contact you directly to inform you of exact shipping costs. Your order will not be shipped until full payment, is processed.

Sales Tax

If you’re ordering online, our system will automatically calculate sales tax for you. If you’re faxing or mailing your order, we will add any applicable sales tax to the order.
