Returns and Exchange Policies

Intimate Accessories

Due to the highly intimate nature of some of our products, we CANNOT legally accept returns on specific products once they have left our store. This includes both in-store purchases and mail orders. For this reason, most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty so that our customers are able to mail defective products directly to the manufacturer.

We insert batteries and check to make sure that items work properly before they leave our store and/or before being shipped.

Lingerie & Body Wear

Laws prohibit the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn.
We accept exchanges only on unworn lingerie within 10 days of original purchase. We ask that you please keep all tags on the items and have your original store receipts. All hosiery, body stockings and pasties must be unused and in their original packaging. If an exchange is not possible, store credit may be issued.
Please note: All returns and exchanges are made at the sole discretion of Au Boudoir Management.
In addition, any items that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.

DVD’s

Opened DVD’s are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Defective DVD’s that are returned in their original sealed packaging will be issued store credit or we will replace it with the same DVD if possible.

All Other Products

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any other product because of the intimate nature of the items – i.e. massage oils, lubricants, etc. We display in-store Testers with most all of our body products (unless they require refrigeration after opening, like the chocolate body frostings), so that you may smell the scent or feel the texture of the item.
(Please note that we do not allow actual “testing” of products on private body parts).

All returns must be authorized by us & must include an RA # issued by us.
A 10% re-stock fee will be applied to orders with more than 5 items being returned.
