We strive to provide a shopping experience that makes all of our customers comfortable. We always to refer to our store as the Romance Shop or Sensual Store. We keep all “explicit” products and information in a comfortable area of our store where we can insure that no one is “offended” and we can protect the privacy of each of our customers. Our unique shopping experience includes a staff that is well educated, compassionate, and non-judgmental. We offer product & safety information along with care instructions with every purchase.
For the additional safety and security of our customers and employees, our store and it’s premises are under 24 hour video & internet surveillance. These recordings will also be used to aid in the prosecution of any criminal activities.

Mail Order Privacy

All orders are discreetly packaged in plain packaging with Au Boudoir at 369 Montezuma Avenue #176, Santa Fe, NM 87501, as the return address. This address is for Pakmail, our mail service company. Packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents. UPS and FedEx deliveries require the signature of the designated recipient. Please male sure you are shipping to an address where someone is available during the day to sign for the package. Alternatively, you may ship your package to your local FedEx/Kinko’s. Please contact them for their address before submitting your order.
