Placing an Order

Our shopping cart software uses Secure Socket Layering for every order. If your browser does not support secure ordering, please use one of the other ordering methods described below.
Your credit card information is considered highly confidential information, and any paperwork with the number that is not kept for our records will be destroyed. We only save your email address if you request our Newsletter or other email correspondences.

Additional methods of placing an order with us:

If you are not ordering through our website, we must have all of the following information before we can complete your order:
Product names and item numbers, your credit card number, expiration date & security code, your name as it appears on your credit card, your billing address for the credit card, the shipping addresses the package is going to, a working telephone number and your preferred method of shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Please note that we use an address verification system that requires the billing address you provide to be the same as the one on file for your credit or debit card. If these addresses do not match, your transaction will be declined. Keep in mind that if you’ve moved within the last few years, your credit card company may have your old address on file. Our database also requires the CVV2 security code from your card to assure physical possession of the card.

Pick Up Your Order At Store

If for some reason you cannot make it into our store, but live nearby & want to avoid paying shipping fees, we will gladly place an order for you through any of the above methods and you can pick it up at our store during our store business hours. You may also want to use the Pick Up option if you are buying a gift and need it to be packaged and gift wrapped. Please note “pick up” and/or “gift/wrap” on the order form.
