X-Pole Info

What is the difference between the 50mm (2in) and the 45mm (1.75in)?
These measurements are referring to the diameter/thickness of the pole pieces.

Beginners often like the 45mm (1.75in) because it is a little easier to grip with your hands. Also, if you are very petite with small hands you might rather have the 45mm.

The 50mm (2in) is the industry standard size diameter. Although it might be a little more difficult to grip with your hands as a beginner, as you progress into intermediate to advanced climbs and inversions it is actually easier to grip with your legs.

What is the difference between Chrome and Titanium Gold?
This is referring to the finish and color of the pole.

Chrome is silver in color and is a good general use pole for both spins and inverts.

Titanium Gold is gold in color and has an electronically coated surface that increases the grip. It is made to emulate the grip of a brass pole and is ideal for climbs and inverts.

It is really all a personal preference, but it’s recommended that you choose the pole that is closest to the one that you have used, currently are using, or plan to use.
